HOPE Program

Helping Others Provide Exceptional Care

The Family and Informal Caregiver Support Program can answer all of those questions and more in just six short weeks. SCHAS will offer participants the opportunity to receive information, support and training by skilled professionals and community experts.

Respite caregivers are available to stay with your loved one, while you are attending classes

Participants will receive an extensive manual that will contain current up to date caregiver information. The manual also contains specific information on diseases including: early to mid and mid to late stages of Alzheimer's disease, arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, stroke, depression, Parkinson's, ALS, multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injury.

The HOPE Program is made possible, in part, by a grant from the East Tennessee Fondation. To learn more about the East Tennessee Fondation Click Here
